In July, I joined KaiYuan Travel's Italy and Southern France loop. A friend had previously taken this route with Guide Hao and highly recommended it. When I signed up, I missed her tour due to time constraints. When I contacted her, she said that guides on this tour are all excellent and professional, and told me to rest assured. I felt a little disappointed at the time, but interestingly, by chance, Guide Hao was leading the tour again this time. What a coincidence! The trip was as expected and very enjoyable.
