[Happy][Fist bump][Fist bump][Fist bump] I was very fortunate to participate in KaiYuan's Eastern Europe tour, and even more fortunate to meet our guide, Wan. Although our tour lasted only three days, Wan's enthusiasm, meticulousness, extensive knowledge, vivid introductions to the sights, thoughtful itinerary arrangements, and friendly and sincere service left a deep impression on us. Thumbs up for Wan! A highly commendable performance! [Strong][Strong][Strong][Rose][Rose][Rose] I hope Wan will lead the tour again next time. The driver this time was also excellent—safe, punctual, and with great service!

I was very satisfied with this Eastern Europe and Switzerland tour. We had a professional tour guide and driver, and great fellow travelers. The atmosphere on the tour was very harmonious. Every day, the tour guide gave several hours of engaging explanations and introductions to the sights, and the meals and accommodations were also very well arranged. I will definitely recommend KaiYuan tours to my friends in the future.

Our tour guide, Mr. Song, personally took us to his hotel, arranged our check-in, and handed us over to the next tour group. We were truly grateful. He is meticulous and an upright person. The daily itinerary and sightseeing arrangements were well-planned, and the bus was very comfortable.

Although I only spent one day with Tour Guide Song's tour, I was instantly captivated! During the seven-plus-hour train ride from Berlin to Frankfurt, Tour Guide Song provided non-stop commentary, keeping the conversation engaging at all. He spoke fluently about European history, mythology, and religious facts, demonstrating his deep knowledge of the Bible and discussing it with great eloquence. He's a truly devout and heartfelt person, and his humor made the long journey anything but tedious; everyone on the bus listened with rapt attention. In his spare time, he also meticulously introduced various KaiYuan tour routes—reliable and professional!

Our tour guide, Ye Yunting, is highly experienced and knowledgeable about the highlights of each attraction. She skillfully avoids peak tourist seasons, saving a significant amount of queuing time. The itinerary is well-planned, balancing sightseeing with rest, with no hidden costs. She is sincere, easy-going, and always ready to answer any questions. She provides thoughtful reminders throughout the trip, from transportation to accommodations and meals. The overall experience far exceeded my expectations and deserves a five-star rating!

I've participated in KaiYuan Travel's tours many times, and this was my second time with Tour Guide Ye's tour; it was excellent. We enjoyed the scenery along the way, appreciated the rich history and culture of Europe, and met all sorts of different people. I experienced the diversity of different professions, and it was truly a rewarding experience.
